These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made through this website from ADIRA, a brand operated by LAMARG LLC (1501 South Hwy, Ste C 1415, Cheyenne, WY 82007, United States). By placing an order you accept these terms. They complement our Terms of Service, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Products

Our products are dietary supplements described as accurately as possible on each product page. Product images are illustrative. We reserve the right to adjust formulations, packaging or descriptions to reflect the current product.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and, where the Canadian market is selected, in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices are inclusive of applicable item pricing but exclusive of shipping and any taxes or duties, which are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you place it.

3. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation and/or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — and to refund any amount already charged.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure checkout. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & delivery

  • We ship across the United States and Canada.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered in 5–8 business days.
  • Standard shipping is $5.99 (US) / $9.99 (CA); shipping is free on orders over $50. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

6. Cancellations, returns & guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 60 days of delivery to arrange a refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Product use & health disclaimer

ADIRA products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Use only as directed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAMARG LLC's liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law.
