We want you to feel confident in your order. Every ADIRA order is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase — whether the product is opened, used or unopened, and whatever price you paid.
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 90 days of delivery.
- Opened or used products are covered by the guarantee — you do not need to send them back.
- Unopened products may be returned in their original packaging; we will send you the instructions.
Refunds
Once your request is approved (or your return is received), your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded when an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away with a photo; we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
