You've seen the drops. This one prints the dose.

You've seen this bottle four or five times this week. Amber glass, five plants on the front, a different name each time and a price somewhere between forty and seventy dollars.
So nobody has to explain herbal drops to you. You're past that. The only question left is which of these bottles will tell you how much of each plant is actually in the dropper.
Turn one over. That's the whole comparison. A lot of them answer with one word — blend — which is not an ingredient, it's somewhere to put five of them. This page is the back of our box, printed big enough to read: milligrams, price per morning, shipping, returns, and the subscription question, which is no.
The dose is printed. The blend is named.
Turn the box over. The front is advertising — anybody can put five plants and a nice font on a front. The back is the only part of a supplement you can actually check, and a lot of them lose it in one line.
Proprietary blend. One total standing in for everything inside it. You're told how big the scoop is and nothing about what went in it, and by the time you can check, you've already paid.
Where that one line goes, ADIRA prints six. Maca root 30:1 at 80 mg. Ashwagandha 10:1 at 80 mg. Beet root 30:1 at 70 mg. Fenugreek at 50 mg. L-Arginine at 4 mg. Botanical blend at 50 mg. A pharmacist can do something with 80 mg. She can't do anything with the word proprietary.
- What a nameless blend tells you The total. That is the entire disclosure.
- What this panel tells you Six amounts, plus the five plants inside the 50 mg blend, by name.
- What you can do with that Hand it to somebody who reads labels for a living and get a real answer.

I liked that I could hand the bottle to my pharmacist and she could actually read it. The last one I had just said proprietary blend and she shrugged at me. I bought it anyway. Forty dollars and neither one of us knew what was in it.Denise H. · Detroit MI★★★★★
What 30:1 actually means, and why nobody explains it
Nobody ever explains the little colon, and it's the part that decides whether you're paying for concentrate or for the liquid it's sitting in.
30:1 means thirty parts of raw root were reduced down to one part of extract. That's what sits behind the maca and the beet root on our panel, and behind the turmeric and the Tongkat Ali named inside the blend. Ashwagandha runs 10:1. A bottle that never prints a ratio at all isn't being modest about it.
The liquid itself is built at 1:12 — one part dry herb to twelve parts liquid — which works out to roughly 85 mg of dry herb equivalent per 2 mL serving. Those are two different measurements and they do not multiply into each other. We're not going to pretend they do, and you should be suspicious of any page that does.
While you're back there, count them. Ten botanicals — five on the face of the panel, five named inside the 50 mg blend.
- 30:1 — maca, beet root, turmeric, Tongkat Ali Thirty parts raw material reduced to one part extract.
- 10:1 — ashwagandha Eighty milligrams of it, on its own line, not buried.
- 1:12 — the bottle itself One part dry herb to twelve parts liquid, in vegetable glycerin and purified water.
- 10 botanicals across 6 printed lines Five on the face of the panel, five named inside the blend.

I take a picture of the back of every bottle and send it to my pharmacist before I decide anything. The point is she had numbers to look at. The last bottle I asked her about, there was nothing on it to look at.Gail R. · Milwaukee WI★★★★★
Sixty dollars, divided by ninety mornings
One bottle is $39.90 for thirty mornings. That's $1.33 a morning, and it's the most expensive way to buy this.
Three bottles is $59.90 total — not $59.90 each, and not $119.70. Buy two, get one free; the cart does it and there's no code to hunt for. That's $19.97 a bottle and 66 cents a morning across ninety mornings.
Five bottles is $85.00 total. Seventeen dollars a bottle, 57 cents a morning, a hundred and fifty mornings. Shipping is free on all three — no threshold, and no little game where you add a $12 thing you don't want to get to free.
No popup is going to offer you another ten percent for your email address. The price on this page is the price.
- 1 bottle — $39.90 30 mornings. $1.33 a morning. Also the size that's gone before ninety mornings are up.

I did the division myself because I didnt believe it. Sixty six cents. I spend more than that on the little creamer cups I keep in the door of the fridge.Michelle K. · Columbus OH★★★★★
Nothing renews, so there's nothing to cancel
You know the one. Twenty percent off if you subscribe, and then it's the eleventh of the month for two years, and you're in a chat window at 9 p.m. typing the word cancel to something that keeps offering you a discount instead.
There is no subscribe option anywhere on this store. Not on this page, not on the product page, not folded into the last screen at checkout. You buy a box, we ship a box, and we never bill you again. If you pay with Shop Pay or another express wallet, they hold your card details on their side, the way they always do — that's them saving you from typing sixteen digits, not us putting you on a schedule.
You'll never see "cancel anytime" from us either. Anytime is now, because nothing started.

The no subscription part is why I tried it at all. Im done with things that charge me again in 30 days and then its a whole production to get back out of.Teresa A. · Atlanta GA★★★★★
It ships from the US, and here's exactly what shows up
Order before 2 p.m. Mountain Time on a business day and the box leaves the same day. It ships from inside the United States and it typically lands in three to six days — domestic transit, no customs step, and a tracking number that keeps updating.
In the box: a 2 fl oz (60 mL) amber glass bottle, a glass dropper in the cap, thirty servings, and the carton with the full panel on the back — the one you can take a picture of and send to somebody. With the 3-pack and the 5-pack, the 90-Day Rebuild Plan eBook comes free.
One 2 mL dose in the morning. Under the tongue it takes about ten seconds; in hot coffee you don't taste it. It's glycerin and water carrying the ten botanicals on the panel, so it tastes earthy and a little bitter, not like medicine. Put the bottle next to the coffee pot, not in the cabinet.
- Before 2 p.m. MT Out the same business day, and tracking follows by email.
- Typically 3–6 days Shipped from the US. Free on every order, every pack size, no minimum.
- One dropper, once 2 mL in the morning. Ten seconds and you're done thinking about it.

I keep it by the coffee pot because if it goes in the cabinet I will not take it. 2mL in the coffee, cant taste it. Thats the whole thing.Yvonne B. · Charlotte NC★★★★★
Ninety days to decide, opened bottles and all
The guarantee is ninety days, and it does not require you to finish the bottles. Half a bottle, two open bottles, a bottle you took for eleven mornings and quit on — one email and it's handled.
Ninety days isn't a brave-sounding number somebody picked in a meeting. It's the length of the thing being asked of you. A 30-day guarantee closes before anybody has really tried what they paid for.
$59.90 out of your account. $0 at stake for ninety days. That's the whole downside, written out. We'd rather refund you than have you order it again next spring hoping it sticks this time.

I emailed in week five asking how to send one back and she told me keep the open one and just say the word. I didnt end up sending it back. But she answered me in an hour and thats not nothing.Monica S. · Baltimore MD★★★★★
Who this one isn't for
This is not a weight product and it is not sold as one. Nothing on this page promises a change in anybody's size or shape, because we have no such claim to make.
If you need something to happen by Friday, don't buy it. It's one dropper a morning for ninety mornings, and the ones who keep taking it are the ones who put the bottle next to the coffee pot instead of in the cabinet.
If you take thyroid, sedative, blood pressure or immunosuppressant medication, or you're pregnant or nursing: take a picture of the back of the box first. Ashwagandha can interact with thyroid, sedative and immunosuppressant medication — which is precisely why the 80 mg is printed instead of buried. Hand the number to your pharmacist and let her answer.
And if you already know you're the kind of person who takes something for eleven days and stops, buy the single bottle at $39.90 and find that out cheaply. Three bottles is if you already know you'll keep going.

90 days is a long time to commit to anything so I took the 3 bottles. I know myself. One bottle and Id have stopped around day 20. Ive done it before.Renee C. · Houston TX★★★★★

Before you order
I don't see it at 17 dollars.
Is this a subscription? I'm still trying to cancel something from March.
My card won't go through. I tried twice.
Somebody said ashwagandha has serious side effects.
Is this on Amazon? I have Prime.
I'm on blood pressure medicine.
How long before anything? Be honest with me.
I've got three of these in my cabinet already.
What's actually in it? Don't tell me "blend."
Does it taste like dirt? I put everything in my coffee.
Can I take two droppers to make it work faster?
What if it turns up broken?
Why three bottles instead of one? Sixty dollars is a lot right now.

First name, last initial, US city.
Ordered Tuesday, had it Friday. Three bottles in one box, plain carton. I put one by the coffee pot and the other two where I can see them, not behind the towels.
I asked them what was actually different since every one of these says the same five plants. They sent me back the milligrams. Took a day but they answered it.
Been taking it since June. Nothing dramatic. Im on my third bottle though.
Once a day was the whole selling point for me. Four capsules a day and I quit by week two, every single time, for years.
I dont have a dramatic story for you. I just actually finished the bottle, which I never do.
